It seems that all of the eastern LD trains are running at least a few hours late. Of course, the CZ and EB are both around 9 hours late (no surprise there). Most surprisingly: even the tiny Hoosier State managed to become 8 hours late! Anyone know what happened?

According to Status Maps, 22 (18) arrived in CHI at 7:14, 5+ hours late. 59(19) left CHI at 8:03. How did this work? Did Amtrak simply borrow another LD consist from one of the already - arrived trains? Do the TE / CONO not share consists anymore? Or something else?
