Train turned in one hour?

According to Status Maps, 22 (18) arrived in CHI at 7:14, 5+ hours late. 59(19) left CHI at 8:03.

How did this work?

Did Amtrak simply borrow another LD consist from one of the already - arrived trains?

Do the TE / CONO not share consists anymore?

Or something else?

The TE/CONO still share equipment. I saw train 59 (19) pass through Hammond, LA this afternoon. The consist was reversed with the trans-dorm on the rear.
