Last night I found that AGR shows "No transaction found" even I set the start date to be 2007. The total AGR score is correct. Does anyone have the same problem?

The trip I made 2 days ago was posted this morning, but my four trips 3 weeks ago are still not posted. In the old AGR, the posting is within 7 days, and it's in order, but looks like new AGR is not?

My wife is on Amtrak Cascades 516. The train is blocked at Columbia River Bridge. Passengers were told that it takes at least 90 minutes to repair the bridge. Bear in mind that 516 is suspended north of Seattle.
