What's happened to AGR agents?

Today I called AGR Select/Select Plus line.

I've been on the line for more than an hour but still waiting.

What's happened?

Due to the weather, there have been lots of delays and the agents are very busy.

A friend of mine noted that he misplaced his E-ticket AGR and decided to call the regular Amtrak number an hour or so ago. They transferred him to AGR and he got through rather quickly. They emailed him another ticket and all is well. Just a thought.

The Philly area where one of the offices is, had a minor snow storm today. Along with it being a Holiday, people were leaving early today. I was driving up 422 this afternoon at 315 and it was backing up due to people leaving work early. Normally that back up starts at 415 430. This storm was supposed to turn to ice, which it did about 8pm.
