Finally only 3 days until I leave for Michigan. Got some last minute questions, what time should I get to LAUS for #4, and what are the showers like in the sleepers, and what is the best time to take one.

What is a good navigation software to use on the train?

If I change my departure station to fullerton should I call Amtrak or go into the station and change it with the agent.

I am thinking about boarding in Fullerton instead, what end of the train are the sleepers on, front of back.

So where should I wait to board, should I go up to the platform or wait in the check in line.

I am leaving on #4 out of LA on June 13. I got room #2 is that a good one? Also is the Traxx lounge in LA for all sleeping car passengers or just CS sleeping car passenger?

Change of plans, I will be taking #4 from LA to CHI on June 13 and taking a sleeper. But coming back on the 30th I will be in coach. <_<

I forgot to put this in but here is my full trip. Leave from LAX on the southwest chief on the 14th, and coming back on the 30th.

I like to add that I will be arriving into Chicago on 371 from Grand Rapids. This is also my first long distance Amtrak Trip alone (I am only 17).
