Tipping on train

We leave 9/21/05 for a trip from Rochester, NY to Portland, OR with reservations as first class passengers with a deluxe bedroom. Our meals are included, but do we tip the waiter at the table each meal? What is the amount to tip our car attendent for room service?

For meals tip about 15% of the price on the menu. For car attendent tip about $5 per day/per person.
