The Builder's food is better they have a full Dinning Car unlike the Cardinal.

I'll second that. EB builder food is like a 4-start restuarant compared to Cardinal, which isn't as good as a McDonalds!!!
 
I have to agree on Cardinal's food. Yuck. I'm not that picky but the food was bad.
