Just when things were getting settled a bit I see the both #7 and #8 somewhere in Eastern MT are now showing a service disruption--arrrrgh! Anyone know what happened to cause both trains to fall off the schedule?

BNSF is having a really bad last few weeks in this regard. I don't see anything up on the BNSF Service Advisories site yet, so hopefully it isn't a major issue.

Per Mark M. on the EB Yahoo Group, #7(4) and #8(4) will be bus-bridged between Glasgow and Havre. The Hi-Line tends to see derailments when it's either really hot or really cold. I'm guessing the heat has something to do with it.

#7(5) left Chicago over two hours late today...

Hope it isn't those oil trains. What happens when a train full of tankers with oil go off the tracks?
