Moynihan/ penn station construction progress?

Is there any word on construction progress of the new Moynihan train hall? Or an expected completion date? Just curious. It won't be the old Penn Station, but I do like the concept, and I'm looking forward to seeing it completed.

in the link I posted, it says that the new train hall has an expected completion date of 2021

Construction of Phase II is very actively going on. I see it every day. Of course I also saw construction of Phase I take place every day for a LOT of days ... way more than I think I should have. These things take a ridiculously long time.
