How do I get points?

I recently got my AGR membership card and was wondering how to get points from partners.

You do not need the AGR credit card to get points from partners.

If you are shopping the AGR "Points for Shopping" program, you log onto your AGR account at the AGR web page, then click the "Points for Shopping" link for "All Merchants" and then click the merchant you want. Make your purchase and ,if all goes well, you will get your points since you entered the merchant's site through the AGR portal. But, you must enter each merchant's site through the AGR "Points for Shopping" portal. If you don't, you will not get points. Now, everything does not always go well with the AGR "Points for Shopping" program (lots of reports of missed points), but that is how it is done.

For other partners like hotels, car rentals, or direct partners like TeleFlora, you enter your AGR number during the purchase or at the hotel or car rental counter. Getting AGR points is pretty easy with these partners.
