CS Chef OK?

Hi: I hope to get my act together and write a full report of my just completed CS trip to Portland, but until then I was wondering how the chef that took sick on the NB CS that left LAX on 7/1 was doing. It's my understanding that he was taken off the train for medical reasons the morning of 7/2 near Dunsmuir. He and the whole crew did a fabulous job with a very full train. Does anyone know? It was a great trip and I hope he's ok and that the rest of the crew got some much needed rest because they sure worked their tails off!
