Am flying from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in two weeks to catch the Southwest Chief back to Illinois. Someone suggested I might want to fly to Burbank instead of LAX as the the transfer to Union Station would be quicker and more convenient from Burbank? Any thoughts? Thank

Well.........After reading the advice on here, I am now planning on flying from LAS to SAC on Monday morning. I can catch a flight from Vegas that will get me into Sacramento at 8:35 AM. Assuming my plane is on time, will I have time to get to the AMTRAK station in SAC for my 11:04 AM departure?

What are the advatanges/disadvantages of each? Will be traveling alone and am looking for comfort? Thank you
