Hello, I am planning to use 35k GR points to go LAX to BOS in a roomette, but I'd like to go LAX->PDX->CHI->BOS. Will they let me do this, or force me to go LAX->CHI->BOS? thanks

I have not heard much in the way of NOT having a PPC on the CS this summer. I am thinking about a last minute trip possibly this week and would LOVE to have a PPC in the consist.

There is a transdorm between the sleepers and his cars, so I'll be he had a few meals in the diner and walked through the train at least a few times.

Superliner sleepers can go either way and you'll never know until you're on board.

It seems like a bit of a waste of points as these are in 2 zones. I want a sleeper the whole way. Should I just pay for my trip in the Eastern zone and use points for the travel in the central zone? How exactly would that work? thanks!
