Wolverine travel times back to normal?

We'll be taking the Wolverine to Chicago on Tuesday morning (22NO) and then on to St. Paul on the EB. Have the speed restrictions east of Kalamazoo been lifted?

Looking forward to a steak dinner on the EB Tuesday night.
