Train 11 dinner (SEA-EMY)?

What happens from Chicago to Emeryville for dinner when we are detrained between 17:00 and 22:00 and bused around engineering works? Anybody been in this situation before? ( First time Amtrak user from U.K. )

This should be interesting. Previously, they would stop for food or provide boxed meals. I hope that is still the case but I can't confirm. Has anyone had any recent experience with a bus/bridge during meal periods?
