There is another rail discussion site that has a web cam at Dunsmuir. The cam shows #14 coming through each day. The lack of status info on Amtrak.com must be a glitch with Amtrak reporting. The train is running and stopping at Dunsmuir.

well funny thing though is the board has nothing from Sacramento to Kllamath falls in either direcition,. and this morning it arrived in Sacramento about 10 minutes late but left half hour late. and arrived in Klamath falls about 45 miinutes down but sat there for about two hours before leaving over two hours late?? why did it sit in the station at Klamath falls for that long???

Not a clue. Maybe the UP is still doing some work over the Cascades and held the Starlight? That is a pure guess.

If you believe the webcam time stamp (and I think it is accurate), the photos show #14 coming through Dunsmuir at 5:43 this morning (9/19), 6:04 on 9/18, 7:36 on 9/17, and 6:30 on 9/16. Schedule is 5:04am.
