Even if fiberglass, they are not hard to get hold of. It is not like they require a year of delivery cycle I should think. But of course I could always be wrong too.

If fibreglass, as long as you have a undamaged nose somewhere, you have a mold for a mold... We had a mold and nose made for a truckkisser a few years ago.
