There is a new construction progress page on the rail runner's website that will be updated every Friday. http://www.nmrailrunner.com/construction.asp
There are a few photos of the work being done in the I-25 median, and a video "See what Santa Feans have to say" that has a nice shot of the existing Santa Fe depot, some Santa Fe Southern cars, and the railrunner going through the countryside..it appears to be near LaBajada hill, where the new rail line leaves the existing Albuquerque-Raton former BNSF track.
The web site still says service to Santa Fe should start in December, but remembering the delays in getting rail for the Belen portion, I will keep my fingers crossed.
