Modify vs Cancel Reservation

On the Amtrak app does Modify only let me change times? For example say I want to change my point of departure to avoid having to use a Truway Motorcoach, would I need to Cancel the whole reservation and rebook to fo that?

No, request to modify anything on the reservation.

Call them up and do it on the phone, they should be able to take care of it no problem.
