Internet on Amtrak

I got a news note on my cellular phone yesterday (I subscribe to a wireless news service) saying that Amtrak has announced the availability of the Internet on its trains soon. Though I can think of several ways to do this, I wonder if anyone in this forum knows the details: which trains, what kind of service, etc.

This TV/movie/interent service is to be offered on select Keystone trains between New York - Philadelphia - Harrisburg. The service will be installed on the seat backs of 55 seats of an Amfleet Cafe. The service is "free" to Amtrak from some communications company in Philadelphia.
