Future Lincoln Service trackwork?

I know there will be a series of Lincoln Service delays this spring because of trackwork associated with the high speed rail project. Has Amtrak said anything about the possible scheduling of further trackwork beyond this spring? I know they were doing work last December.

I'm particularly interested in predictions and/or educated guesses about the likelihood of work the week before Thanksgiving, and also in the January through March 2012 period.

They won't do it during busy travel periods. Also at a certain point weather conditions prevent track work.

There is absolutely no way that major trackwork would be scheduled the week before Thanksgiving. Also, January-March is the least likely time for trackwork to occur in the "north" because the weather rarely cooperates with what the gangs need to do. That's why UP tends to schedule trackwork in nice weather areas during that period (i.e. the west coast trackwork impacting the Starlight).
