We are about to book our trip on the Ocean for early June. I know there are penalties for cancelling reservations but wanting to know if I just needed to change the date (modify as we say in Amtrak language), could I do that without incurring penalties. :unsure:
I understand that the fare might and probably would change, but just wanted to make sure I would not incur the penalties listed for cancelling a particular reservation. Thanks for any help and especially those of you in Canada who ride the rails alot.
