The only drawback is that the office is closed on Sunday and closes around noon on Saturday.
This has been a hinderance to taking the train on more than one occasion (and not just in ATL). It's a darn shame, too.
Are you talking about the ATL station? There are trains Saturday night and Sunday night. How can they be closed?

Go back and read Dovecoat's original complete statement. He is talking about an Enterprise Rent a Car place near the station, not the station itself.

This seems to be true of most Enterprise offices. Their main business seems to be renting cars to people who are having their own cars repaired at the expense of insurance companies. While their service is excellent, their office hours are often just not convenient.

If you're returning the car many times they will let you drop the car off and leave the key in a drop box. I had guests who did this many times when I worked for Marriott. You could easily drop the car off and take a taxi back to the station, or check your bags in drop the car and walk back.
