Everytime from now on I will always think of Patrick when I hear Johnny Rivers singing "Secret....Agent Man, Secret Agent man....they've given me a number and taken away my name"...............................
Or Al Stewart's "Night Train to Munich" :) Can't you just picture Patrick receiving the secret code in the newspaper from the conductor in the diner and avoiding the enemy spies until he gets to Munich? No one will ever be able to pick him out of a crowd as the spy with that fez on as a clever disguise :p

Not to rain on your parade, but one of the lines is "he's a man who leads a life of danger; to every one he meets, he stays a stranger"...I think he failed both parts of that, along with the "odds are he won't live to see tomorrow", since it sounds like even agent 86 lived a more harrowing life than this "special" agent.
OK Chief, which Patrick is Secret Agent 00Z and which one is a member of KAOS?
No-- he's a member of SMERSH.
I wondered why Patrick was talking to his fez in the Great Hall~ oh wait, that was Agent 99 he was calling :p
Why was he talking to his fez? Was his shoe out of order; did it need recharging?

I really don't remember if he was wearing any shoes :p :p :p :p

They also do terrorist threat assessments and other homeland security duties. I find it hard to beleive that a Special Agent would be out harrassing rail fans taking pictures unless that person was acting suspicious.
Unfortunately, I think that under the Bush administration, Homeland Security regards any innocent picture taking as suspicous.

Comrade, everyone is a suspect.

Maybe he couldn't get any reception thru his tinfoil hat.

Aloha

Went to this site from seeing a reference to it on OTOL. Now not enough information is there to decide on credibility of the writer, but the report is scary. Those of us who enjoy taking pictures of rail activities need to be on top of this.

Several things in his story don't wash and he's obviously leaving facts out. Reading some of the things on his site leads me to think there was a lot more that went on than he's saying in his story. Two things immediately come to mind first, what track did the train he came in to NYP on arrive? Was the train still there or had it left for the yard? Was he even on a track that his train was on? This goes to the trespass issue. As the facts stand right now I can see some level of legitimacy to the trespass charge.

Second, there's a reason he was detained by the officer (placed in cuffs). Usually in a situation similar to one that transpired it's just a cite and release. However, I'm suspecting he got rather beligerent with the cop. Reason I think this is because of an email on his page whichhe sent to NJT. There's something about his tone in the email that leads me to speculate how he may have acted towards the officer. Then again this too is speculative, since he did not relate what was said to the officer nor what the officer said to him. I also think he may have had some experience being in cuffs before based on his stating that the officer had the cuffs placed on backwards.

I'm leaning towards a lack of credibility on the writer's part but would want to hear the other side before passing any judgment on him.
