(09-03) 16:33 PDT El Cerrito -- A woman walking on the train tracks this afternoon caused a nearly half-hour BART delay between Richmond and North Berkeley, BART officials said.
At 2:08 p.m., the operator of a train moving north from El Cerrito del Norte toward Richmond reported seeing a woman walking on the adjacent track, said BART spokesman Jim Allison.
