Personally, as long as they don't shut down Don Pepi's pizza joint, I'll always have a place to eat when I'm passing through.

The first time I passed through Penn Station on Amtrak a few years ago, the Club Acela Attendant sent me over to New York Pizza Suprema at 31st and 8th and that hit right near the top of the list of the best Pizza I have eaten (and I am damn fussy about Pizza). Last Summer while returning from West Palm Beach I elected to make my connection west at NYP rather than WAS simply so I could get another round of that good Pizza, not to mention experience the south half of the Northeast Corridor.

And I discovered there is a White Castle a few blocks up on 8th Avenue
