Very late CONO

I just saw on the Amtrak Status Map that Amtrak 59. the CONO is 8 hours and 47 Min Late from FTN KY. anyone know what happened?

Like most LD Trains out of Chicago. Late Departures Due to Late Arrivals, Equipment Problems and Lack of Rested Crews!!

Things are Slowly getting back to Normal (Except on the Hi-Line) as Chicago Thaws Out!!

The CONO didn't leave CHI until 4:30 AM.

Or, to put it another way, it's only lost 24 minutes since it left Chicago. (as of departure from MEM)

Left on CZ out of CHI 3 /12 hours late today. Boarded at 4:30 PM, waited on Auxillary Power until the engine arrived at 5:15 PM and we departed approximately 5:30 PM. SCA says shortage of engines in CHI because of weather, turnarounds, maintenance, etc.

No problemo. Sitting in the SSL web surfing and listening toi a pretty good guitar player/folk singer.
