A question: Just where are they supposed to go? It says where at the bottom but just who is "Chief Systems Operations" and where is he or she at?
I think "Superintendent Operations" is M. Chandler. Or is there a National or System "Superintendent Operations". I wonder if it gets to him. Do they get trashed? Filed? To whom and where should they go for the most effectivness?
