Transfer Airlines Miles?

Can you transfer airline miles to/from Amtrak AGR for any other airlines (besides Continental)?

Thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately, the airline in question (US Airways) does not allow transferring FROM their program to another. I have 163,000+ miles with them and would love to use some of it on the train. Oh well.
