What are the consists for the Texas Eagle-

21/22 before merge?

1/2 before merge?

422/421 after merge?

Which cars are through?

21/22 will be engine, 2 sleepers, diner or CCC depending on the train set, Sightseer and then 2-4 coaches.

Generally, the car number does not matter. It is the TRAIN number.

421 & 422 are through.

21 & 22 are not.

This time of year, the sunset's baggage car is hit or miss, so is the transition. Here is a typical "Pre-Merge" consist:

Just to clarify, I was talking about the Texas Eagle, pre merge.

I assume this is still the consist? It looks like I'll be going from Maricopa to LAX next week, and the 421 sleeper has the lower price.
