I wonder why it was carrying 2 engines that run unless it was because of the privates. And I'm guessing the 14 cars must have INCLUDED the privates as TE usually only runs with 7.

I am on the TE right now. I can tell you that Chicago to San Antonio it was only one engine.

The TE/SU combination train has two engines.
