Not everything got re-branded. Acela Commuter never came to fruition. The PHL-NYP Clockers were supposed to get that brand, but that didn't happen. Acela Express obviously happened, as did Acela Regional. Acela Regional, to a degree is still alive today with the Regional name and now the Northeast Regional name.
 
Acela Commuter was listed in the time table for one season. They then went back to Clocker briefly before finally biting the dust, being replaced with the NJT Trenton Express trains.
