Silver Star between Mia and Tampa

Hey dose anyone know why the Silver Star Train 92 is consistantly late arriving at Tampa. They have a good record of leaving Miami on time. Is there something between these points that holds up the train?

Tri-Rail. They're doing a pretty big double track construction project down there that causes a lot of delays. Also, Tri-Rail trains take priority over Amtrak because they are carrying commuters, and the DOT owns the tracks, so they give priority to their trains. Things are getting better down there, but until they totally finish the job there will still be delays.
