Shenandoah Consist circa 1978

I am working on an MSTS activity that I want to run a circa 1978 version of The Shenandoah. Does anyone know where I can find a typical consist for this train during this time period, including the typical motive power that would have pulled it? This train ran between Washington, D.C. and Chicago, and ultimately became The Capitol Limited.

This train actually ran from WAS to CIN and a connection was available to CHI in CIN. It was all coach and used Amfleet cars.
