Request for useful Amtrak e-mail addresses

In a different thread, someone provided the e-mail address for Amtrak Customer Relations ([email protected]). This was the first time that we’d seen this address or even knew that it was possible to e-mail Customer Relations. We made a note of it for future reference.

Can anyone provide other Amtrak e-mail addresses which they've found to be particularly useful and which it would be to our advantage to have handy?
