Regional 94/95 & 96/194/99 Getting Baggage Cars

The word going around is that Regional Trains 94 and 95 (weekday) and 96/194/99 (weekend) will be being sporting Viewliner II baggage cars starting within the next week or so.

The formal use of Bicycle Racks in Viewliner II Baggage Cars should also be coming within the next couple weeks.

This comes in time for the 2015 Richmond UCI Road World Championship.
