Hi all,
I was scheduled to be on the Silver Star on Sept 29, which was canceled due to the hurricane in Florida. The cancelation email I got only said to call them, and I did not do this in a timely fashion (life got in the way). When I called this morning, though, I was told that it has been too long for them to issue a refund. Is this true? I can't find anything online about what happens when they cancel a train, much less anything about how long you have to request a refund.
Thank you!
