I took a trip from an unstaffed station that has a Quick Trak machine. The Quick Trak machine was down, and I had to purchase my ticket on board from the conductor with my credit card. (I did not have a prior reservation, I was just going to buy a ticket from the Quick Trak machine.)

What will I need to do to get the points for this trip?

You will have to call AGR with the receipt the conductor gave you on board. I'm not sure if from there you will have to mail a copy of it in to AGR

You will have to mail in a copy of that reciept. Then wait a while. Maybe they lose it and you have to send and wait again. Then it finally posts and you have to call in and get the promos applied manually.

My faith in AGR is restored!

I mailed them my handwritten ticket. The points posted yesterday. And also the bonus points for the spring promotion too! :)
