Phone Survey

Yesterday I received a call regarding a phone survey. They asked me about my travel in the last year. Most of the questions were related to my Amtrak travel. Has anyone else gotten a call and why are they doing a survey? Hopefully, it will help some of the bad service, etc. we had while we were on our trip. :huh:

Phone surveys do happen from time to time. There have been reports from other members in the past about getting a phone survey call, especially if they reported a problem. But people are also chosen at random to participate in the survey.
