Passenger Services Issue

I just received the following service advisory from Cap Corridor......"Train 536 is delayed 18 minutes between Sacramento and Roseville due to Passenger Services issue" I have never seen this type of advisory. What could this mean? Just curious.

I think it could mean something along the lines of "passenger no pay for ticket, passenger is thrown off train"

It could also be "passenger is drunk, passenger is thrown off train"

I really don't know the answer but that is an intriguing question. For whoever has a real answer not just a guess, that would be really cool. Thanks for the find TD!

Or it could be that there was a medical emergency.

Or problems with the new platform at SAC. A Trainorders post said they've already missed a few boarding passengers.
