That's a good question, I think their used to be before the construction started a couple years ago.. (was not a user back then). since then there have been changes in how MA wants to charge for T station parking. Looking at Anderson/Woburn, there is a short term commuter lot that gets charged at the door, and a longer term lot for Logan Express. I wouldn't be surprised if they go back to that model, and the larger area (which would be the upper decks become commuter only.. but I'm guessing. Currently it seems to be a flat rate, different on weekends than weekdays.
