Parking at ROC

Roc is our "home" station and we live 2 hours south of there. To leave at 11:00 pm ( or later it always seems now) we would not ask anyone to drop us off and have to take a a 2 hours ride back down alone that late at night. We have never had a problem parking there and leaving the car for as much as a month one time. The station does not post a long term limit.

But now I am seeing an Alert that we may not be able to park there as they are remodeling the station. Anyone have trouble with this? We are considering leaving from BUF but they actually say long term is 3-5 days. And our trio in end of sept will be 3 weeks. I have read that some stations have you fill out a card and leave the key foe them.

Any suggestions?

If you can't reach the station manager:

The adjoining Trailways building has parking, but I'm unsure whether it's long-term.

Last resort: Consider dropping all but one person off with the luggage, then paying a monthly rate to park in a nearby paid lot like the 111 Franklin Lot or the Mortimer St. Garage and having the one person who parks walk back.

The "remodeling" is actually an enormous project which is completely replacing the entire station, so it's going to be pretty disruptive. I'm glad it's getting started. Thanks. Good advice. Station usually does not answer phone, but I will call the bus people. Yeah, They are completely rebuilding it! I did not think it was all that bad, but new seats will be nice. Thanks for the links!
