OT: Conrail Lives on

For those of you who thought the days of Conrail class lights were gone (see below), there is good news!

I was just looking through Railpictures.net when I saw the new GGE ES44DC's for CN are out. Notice what's on the front (rear can't be seen here) of these engines. I personally think the class lights are a nice option and really should be on every engine, but that's just me. Unfortunately for Class Light fans the CN SD70M-2's aren't equipped, but it's something!

Very cool. Looks like it passed through DLD during the daily afternoon freight parade that the railfans come out to watch. Maybe it was taken by my good buddy OBS. DLD is one of his favorite hangouts!
