What would be the easiest way to get from the OAK airport to an Amtrak station?
I would take the AirBART shuttle from the airport to the BART station (Coliseum/Airport) and then walk over to the Coliseum Amtrak station. Or you could take a cab to the same station. But it also depends on what Amtrak train you are trying to get on as not all of them stop there (Eg, California Zephyr).

Either AirBart or AC Transit Route 73 also runs between the airport and the Coliseum BART station where you can just take the overpass to the Oakland Coliseum Capitol Corridor Station. Depending on schedules you may want to consider taking a taxi from the airport to the Oakland Jack London Square station to directly connect to a San Joaquin train heading towards Merced and Yosemite.
