We have a trip planned next week from Sandusky, OH to Chicago, IL. There are four of us traveling and we have two bedrooms. Our luggage, with wheels, are 31 inches tall. Do you think this will be a problem? I know the website shows 28 inches so we are technically over the height. We are within all the other dimensions. I just don’t want to buy another suitcase if I don’t have to.

You'll be fine. I seriously doubt that someone will whip out a measuring tape and say "you're three inches over". I can also suggest leaving your luggage in the rack at the bottom of the stairs.

I think the LSL also calls on Sandusky, in which case there will be no "downstairs" Regardless, it is doubtful they will have a problem. Wonder if they have 2 adjoining bedrooms where the partition can open, making it easier to handle?
