Looney Toons Car

Saw a video tonight dating back to the 9th of the former looney toons car. The wrap was fully removed with the exception of the doors. So if your out trying to spot it. You're SOL. But that wrap was on there for a good two to three months.

I saw this car a few months back. What was up with that? Congressional charter or something?

This car is a part of the stimulus package and when it was released by Amtrak it was released with the Looney Tunes wrap on it.
