Hey everyone,

Does anyone know if they serve dinner coming out of Chicago on train 48? I'm leaving for this Thursday for NYP and I want to plan accordingly.

No. For some time they did have boarding at 8pm and a "welcome aboard reception" in the Diner that included wine and cheese but I'm not sure if that's the practice still.. I haven't taken the LSL East since 2002...

The most you would get would be the Lounge Car snack food. Have yourself a nice dinner in Chicago.
