Hi all, new to the site, have always loved trains and travel by train. My primary route Wilmington to New York, with the Coast Starlight being on my bucket list.

But his/her home station is WIL. I feel slighted that s/he talks about being from Philly area and not Wilm area.

It could be worse. The OP might have had their home station at WIL said said they were from NJ.

My wife and I lived in Swarthmore also West of Philly for about 20 years. Used to love to take the kids over to Ridley Park station to watch trains on the NEC plus we would go to Media and ride the Red Arrow trolley that ran down the middle of State St. Fun times!

And I grew up just outside Wilmington in Chester county, PA and we also lived in Wilmington for several years.
