Help searching past schedules

Hello, I am doing research for a memoir I am writing. I took the Amtrak from Detroit to New York on the evening of Monday, May 14, 1990. Does anyone know how I can find the train number and name of the line, as well as the departure times and any other information about that particular train? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried looking it up through that, but it seemed really hard (and the type is not clear.) Do you know what's the easiest way to search on the site to get the information?

Thanks. I figured out to navigate it and got the information I wanted. It was the Lakeshore Limited at 9:10pm!
