First Trip Bonus

Back in July, I received an email from AGR saying I could get a 500 point bonus for my first trip if I booked by Sept 17. I did book a trip for Sept 14, and we have already gotten points for that trip, but have not received the 500 point bonus. Now I'm wondering if I remembered to register for that bonus. I may have overlooked it thinking it was automatic, since I had already signed up with AGR.

Any idea how to find out if I'll ever get that bonus?

Call AGR at 1-888-707-6600 and ask them. My guess is that you did not sign up, as bonus points for travel are usually issued when the regular points are credited to your account.
